Some of the expert services available in Hastings
Property Boundary Surveys
Understanding your property boundaries is crucial when developing, fencing, or landscaping. A professional survey ensures you don’t accidentally build on a neighbour’s land — helping you avoid conflict and comply with legal requirements. As licensed cadastral surveyors, we provide accurate, authoritative boundary definitions you can rely on.
Building Set-Out Surveys
Set-out surveys transfer the approved design from paper to site, ensuring your structure is built in the right place. Deviating from the plan can lead to expensive rework. We support property owners, contractors, and councils by providing precise set-out data from the very beginning.
3D Surveying Services
Our 3D surveys give you a detailed digital model of your site — including drainage, buildings, trees, boundaries, and more. This supports everything from planning and HIRB assessments to stakeholder presentations. We help you make informed decisions with high-quality, accurate visuals.
As-Built Surveys
As-built surveys verify whether your construction matches the approved plans. This is essential for sign-offs, handovers, or updating plans due to on-site changes. We deliver accurate as-built data for developers, councils, and construction teams — even at short notice when the unexpected happens.
