Property Boundary
Surveys

Unsure of your property boundaries? Our licensed Cadastral Surveyors use detailed research and official data from LINZ and the Council to accurately define your land. This helps avoid disputes and provides clear proof of size for buyers or future builds.

Our Process

1

Research & Data Gathering

Our process involves thorough research, ensuring we utilise accurate information provided by LINZ and the local Council for boundary surveys.

2

Aligning with the
Local Datum

We then meticulously relate this data to the local datum and coordinate system, ensuring precise placement.

3

On-Site Boundary Location

We calculate your boundary locations using historical survey plans, marking corners with stakes or legal pegs and lodging plans with LINZ for added certainty.

4

Field Verification

After calculating boundaries, we search for and replicate old marks surrounding the site as per the original surveyor’s markings.

5

Survey Completion
& Handover

Once the fieldwork is complete, we provide you with all necessary documents and survey reports to validate our findings.
