Trusted Land Surveyors
in Southland

We’ve partnered with local councils, including the Invercargill City Council, to provide surveying for critical infrastructure and development projects in the region.

Our Services

When building close to a boundary, a HIRB (Height in Relation to Boundary) survey ensures your design complies with local height regulations. Our licensed surveyors provide the certificates needed for council submissions and Code of Compliance (CoC). We also assist with inspection surveys and resolve disputes with local authorities. Every document we produce is accurate, council-ready, and backed by professional standards.

Thinking of subdividing rural land or a residential section? We manage the entire surveying process — from understanding council regulations through to LINZ sign-off. Our work includes:

  • Researching local rules and environmental impacts

  • Assessing if your land meets subdivision criteria

  • Gathering existing survey data

  • Establishing legal boundaries and creating scheme plans

  • Managing submissions to council and LINZ

With us, you’ll get clear guidance, realistic timeframes, and trusted results.
